What's life without a treat? If you don't feel good about yourself, then you probably aren't giving your inner self "treats" for being that good person that you are. The best treat is taking yourself out on a date. Yes, a date. Not to dinner, not for a hot fudge sundae (although I have done both in the name of treats) - but an honest to goodness special "happening" just for you. One of my favorite "treats" is going over to Disneyworld (yes, I know, we don't all live 10 mins away from this playland) and spending the day doing a photoshoot. Because I am a photographer I am always looking for "treat" photos and excuses to go out and shoot.
As a matter of fact...I am going today over to Disney, to shoot some of the zoo folk at Animal Kingdom. Not only do I get to enjoy the day like I am a tourist, but I also get to have a snack or two too. And as my supreme reward...I do have a Mickey Ears ice cream.
At the end of the day I am fulfilled, had my sweet treat and did some awesome photography. Is this the way to live or what!!!
