I have been working hard and progressing slowly, and I am just now coming to terms with that! Even though I can't run at the moment due to an achilles issue, I am finding other things to do to reach my goal instead of giving up. I would have given up even a month ago, I'm learning. I could really use some new running shoes too! And my boys get nervous if I don't exercise, makes for a grumpy mom. I'm teaching them good habits and that is really the ultimate reward.
