I have gone without caffeine, coca cola or any sweetened drink for 3 weeks! This is a major accomplishment for me as I am thoroughly addicted to Coca cola.
I've also met every goal I've set on SP with the exception of one day when I went over the amount of calories I could have.
My current reward system has been to challenge myself to do more instead of giving myself a food "treat." Because of this challenge I have actually started running - something I haven't been able to do in decades. I work out 6 days a week and have been increasing the amount of cardio and strength training that I'm doing. This week I have doubled the strength training and have added to my cardio.
Only I have the ability to decide how my story will end.
