Besides the big one of writting down what I eat and keeping track of my calories; there are some foods that have helped me lose the weight and foods that I treat myself to everyday so I don't feel I'm depriving myself. I love carrots, apples, popcorn, crystal lite drinks, and my treats of hersheys bliss raspberry milk chocolates. Apples are really my staples, lots of freash fruits and veggies. Popcorn thats LIGHT instead of chips for a snack. Crystal Lite because I can't drink the water plain and it makes me not crave the sugary pop. The Bliss Chocoaltes because I can have a few to curb my chocoholic syndrome and not go over my calories! Hope this helps!
