Kimchi is a Korean mixed pickle usually made with cabbage, carrot, radish, onions, garlic, ginger and pepper. Can be made in a week or less, keeps for ages in the fridge after that.

Never had Kimchee but I know it is a common dish in the Philippines and Korea. I don't even know where to get it.

I heard fermented vegetables are supposed to be super good for you. I just need a good recipe. Anyone have one?
