1 cup fresh blackberries
1/2 cup lite coconut milk
1 - 1/2 teaspoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon psyllium husk
Beat the coconut milk, maple syrup & psyllium husk together until foamy. It will not get as thick as whipped cream, yet it will thicken. Add in your cleaned blackberries & enjoy.
