I love to do either 15 bean, or other bean/beans, with fav veggies or veggies on hand. Favs are carrots, cabbage, mushrooms(canned), tomatoes, green beans, onions, peppers, squash, etc. I use veggie broth, and a small amt of leftover meat. I love pork in this combo.
Either cook on low 8 hrs, or 2 high, 3 low.
I also love beef stew or soup, however it turns out. Sometimes the beans break down some, and make it a little thicker. I like dry baby lamas, but any will do. Beef of choice, brown first. I love corn, green beans, lots of canned mushrooms (they cook better), carrots, sometimes potatoes if I have a few small ones on hand. Tomatoes, onions, peppers, celery, cabbage, squash, etc, with beef broth or bouillon. Anything you wish. Cooked the same as above. Both are adaptable to anything you wish, and as clean as you wish!
