This Skinny Pineapple Milkshake is a favorites for summer. It is super easy to make since it has only 2-3 ingredients. And besides the fact that it tastes delicious, cool, creamy and sunny – it is incredibly healthy! Rich in the digestive enzyme bromelain – which is only found in pineapple. Plus it is dairy-free.
Skinny Pineapple Milkshake serves 2
1 cup pineapple chunks, frozen 1 banana, frozen or fresh (optional) 1 cup non-dairy milk (vanilla flavor)
Directions: Add all ingredients to your blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
