I would probably make almond milk at home except I get most of my calcium from it, and that's an added ingredient I'm not sure how to measure in.
I use Silk (because they use non-GMO almonds) unsweetened vanilla (only 30 calories per cup and the vanilla makes it sweet enough). But it also gives me like 40 or 45% of my calcium so a cup in the morning and one at night and I'm good.
If anyone has a recipe which adds a calcium component, I might give it a try. Yes, I *could* take supplements, but I hate swallowing pills, I much prefer my vitamins and minerals in my food instead of in a capsule.
