1 can salmon makes 8 small patties
Drain water, separate all the bones, skin and stuff you don't like..
Then with the good salmon:
fork it/or crumble with your hands so it's all fluffed up texture.
-Add 1/2 onion chopped small
-Then add 1/2 egg or enough to hold the ingredients together (to make a sort of dough like ball).
-Separate into 8 divided equal patties (make patties)
-1-2 TBSP Olive oil in pan. (heat pan and oil_
-Dip patties in remaining egg quickly (patties should not fall apart - They should hold together. Dip quickly)
-Put in pan and brown lightly (press with spatula to flatten patties)
-Turn to other side and brown.
Can freeze these and are great to add to scrambled eggs -breakfast.
Lunch add to salads, with veggies, or add in pita's
-Dinner sauteed with tomatoes, olives, and other veggies.
-As a side dish with soups.
