Well, I'm pretty sure this is the first time in my life I have met an exercise goal. And based on my current total, I don't think I set the goal high enough. My initial monthly total goal was 810 minutes, but as of today I am at 860. So here is my new and improved goal info:

All righty, I'm in! I have lots going on so this should be a great stress reliever and provide some much needed "me time" as well as the health benefits! I am going to aim low, 2 nights a week, 30 minutes. That's about an hour more than I've been doing for a long time!
