Ok...let's see if we can keep this going. The idea is that once a day someone will post a challenge to the group. Be it 25 situps, a video, walk 30 minutes, what ever you want to challenge them to do. Then we just post whether we did it or not. It doesn't have to be me or Kelly posting it either. Everyone can take a turn and that will give us all some variety. Don't make it so difficult people won't want to compete, but not so easy either that we aren't challenged!! Hope everyone participates!!!!
