Here's my summer goals. I updated my SparkPage with the following God-honoring goals:

emoticon FAITH: Spend 15 minutes daily in the study of God’s word, knit two or three prayer shawls with each 5% challenge (8-12 wks), and honor God by making faith an active verb.

emoticon FAMILY and FRIENDS: Spend quality time (be present) with family and friends weekly. Listen better. Contribute heartily to the weekly healthy living challenges (daily participation within very good numbers).

emoticon FOOD: Maintain a healthy BMI . Daily: Track, eat six or more freggies, drink 12+ waters, meet 4-7 recommend levels of: calories, fat, carbohydrates, protein, fiber, calcium, and sodium.

emoticon FITNESS: Track and average 60+ minutes daily. Sleep 7-9 hrs a night six days a week.

emoticon FUN: Do something fun at least three times weekly.

With the above goals, I like to think that I'll finish strong by achieving the balance needed to maintain my 100-lb weight loss. I plan to celebrate with a 12-month anniversary date for reaching goal coming up on July 14, 2012.

Hi Team! I will keep on working towards getting to the weights I posted on my sparkpage. (That is a strategy that is working for me.) I will clear the clutter in my house too.

My summer personal challenge is not to veg out when it gets really hot! Right now we are away from home.

When I get back I vow to go to the pool (2 blocks away) and do at least 30 minutes of movement ... or the exercise CD if I can get a copy that isn't scratched.
