Also, got some dark chocolate 75% off at Easter sale at good chocolate store and will mix it with the organic peanut butter and put in fridge for healthy snack.

Sorry I posted this in the wrong place. I've seen part of the show. I know some of these emoticon things, but hearing them and seeing them on TV seems to make them grosser. They have solutions like making your own tomato sauce, ec.

emoticon Show also had wonderful info on sugar addiction. And clever gadgets. And clever tips from professional chefs. So it was worth watching. And Dr Oz frinal tips.
