I'm not totally new here, but I am back to get on track with my weight loss and nutrition goals. I had recently lost 15 pounds, but I put on 10 over the holidays:-(.. my goal is to lose those 10 pounds back in 2013

I am new and what I want to accomplish more than losing weight is KEEPING it off and maintaing my goal weight.
