Does any one here train Tai-Chi or meditate? Anybody try yoga? Lets try to hit some form of mental or internal training for 20 minutes once a week for the next 2 weeks. Weeks 3 and 4, try for 2 days, at 20 minutes. Post your progress here
I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.
I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!
