Oh my, that's impressive! I have a hard time with middle school kids, my internals want to explode emoticon

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

I guess I would if i would quit volunteering at the middle school. Did 6hrs yesterday, 3 hrs today and 3 hrs tomorrow!

Not so much, my house is always full of kids or people. When my girls go to bed I use that time for exercise, bills and cleaning. Hoping things quiet down soon.

This one is great! I need to work on meditation. I have 12 hr meditation in November! I think either 50-55 min meditation, 5-10 min break for 12 hrs. So this will help me!

Does any one here train Tai-Chi or meditate? Anybody try yoga?
Lets try to hit some form of mental or internal training for 20 minutes once a week for the next 2 weeks.
Weeks 3 and 4, try for 2 days, at 20 minutes.
