I wrote out some goals out on my personal page.
I have begun to do daily warm ups and then immediately follow it up with my white belt practice. Totals about 15-20 minutes.
I did a fitness test today, how many jumping jacks, sit-ups and push-ups can I do in a minute (for each exercise). I am not thrilled with how few I can do, but I'll post my improvements as I can do more next week.
I've been using Wii-Active daily for about 30 minutes for about a week. Some of the exercises are very simple, but some are pure EVIL - such as hold a squat for 60 seconds! I'm am convinced this is impossible, but I did what I could. Overall it burns between 250-300 calories each session and has about 18-20 different exercises to keep it interesting.
