I started using the nutrition tracker with an app on my phone. I was going over by 300 or so calories a day. I was happy to see a reminder to reassess my calorie plan as I input my increased fitness results. It allotted a few more hundred calories per day - so now I'm about right where I need to be.
Not huge weight loss numbers but did body measurements today and they ranged anywhere from .25 (thigh) to 1.75 inches (waist). So I'm happy with that.
