I'm happy to hear you're doing well.

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

I've been consistent with hitting my calorie goals for majority of the week. Sometimes I come in under when I'm not as active or the exercise I do isn't a very intense one. I've also been able to remove coffee as a daily thing and now only drink it when I absolutely need it. This is huge for me considering 6 months ago I could easily have 6-8 cups a DAY, plus soda.

Also we hit the farmers market this past weekend so I've been able to make some smoothies for me and my girls. Nice change for us.

Halfway through August. My average is 5 out of 7 days for meeting my nutrition goals, so far so good!

I started using the nutrition tracker with an app on my phone. I was going over by 300 or so calories a day. I was happy to see a reminder to reassess my calorie plan as I input my increased fitness results. It allotted a few more hundred calories per day - so now I'm about right where I need to be.

Not huge weight loss numbers but did body measurements today and they ranged anywhere from .25 (thigh) to 1.75 inches (waist). So I'm happy with that.

Can you meet your nutrition goals (not over or under) at least 5 days a week?
Try for 5 and post weekly how you are doing here emoticon
