Ok, this is where I have been getting stuck and going back up, so we've got to stick this out. 6 days a week and lay off the junk. We're going to push through 215 and move on.
Extra legs. Wow, my rotation has been on legs and buns a lot. My legs are already a little sore but the protein shake helped a lot I think. Never under estimate the healing power of the protein shake.
