According to the BMR calculator, my BMR is 1600.... I'm not sure I agree !!!

Exercise 10 minutes daily EVERY DAY (walk on treadmill) - well, I didn't keep this up too well, it was hit or miss!
Record calories daily stay under 1300 - mostly successful
February 1, 2012
227 - lost 4 pounds in January (didn't meet goal)
Try to get on treadmill daily - not very successful at this
Record calories daily -- stay under 1000 - about half of the time
I averaged 1000 calories, some days lower, some days higher,
220 - lost 7 pounds in February (didn't meet goal)
So total lost is 11 pounds as of March 1st... since the beginning of the year
Continue Exercise daily - treadmill - try to do at least 30 min or 2 miles (I walk 4 mph-according to my treadmill)
Record calories daily stay under 1100 and preferably below 1000.
it's going SO SO SO SO slow....
so far have lost 6 pounds in March. and thankfully March isn't over :o)
.. so much slower than I wanted
So my TOTAL WEIGHT LOSS SINCE 1-1-12 IS 17 POUNDS..... AS OF TODAY
So, I'll stop here and join in the next challenge
