Oct. 26th I already put in 5000 steps walking the dogs. Will do the same tonight. It is my main form of exercise and I faithfully walk them at least 2X daily. They are my walking buddies.

Sprocket and I got a 10 minute walk. Then I get 10 minutes of stationary cycling. And I WAS going to do 10 of strength training, but I hit Sprock with my dumbbell. Poor thing is always underfoot.

Yes! 20 min walk with Buddy, Triceps exercise with Coach Nicole, and then I cleaned my carpet in the heavy traffic area for 'Heavy Cleaning' points!
