Well, no "intentional" exercise except for 20 minutes spent vacuuming the steps! Other than that, just up and down stairs with putting laundry away; cleaning kitchen is next, probably going to vacuum the family room...THEN, the intentional exercise. (Which includes walking Mollie)

Over June did do 51 miles of stepping, chair exercising and gazelling along with some yard work, but the struggle continues. However, we're off to the lake this week for approximately 6 weeks so hope that swimming which is easiest on my joints will help along with more chair exercising and whatever else I can do. Just have to be patient and take it one day at a time.

Been struggling big time in May for multiple reasons - did get in some yard work for a few days, but steps have been minimal with little gazelling and chair exercise. Looking forward to a better and more moving June!!!
