almost every day, doing both ST and Cardio.....depending on which day I am on in the 28 Bootcamp Challenge....I am also doing the Diabetes 8 Week Weight Loss Challenge, and kind of combining the two so that I am really getting in some serious exercise, even if I am mobility limited and have to use a walker, have bad knees and cannot do the squats and lunges, without my knees protesting vociferously but I am keeping at it.....

The difference between success and failure is the effort we put into getting there.
I try and walk on a daily basis weather permitting. If I'm unable to get outdoors, I can always spend time on my Gazelle which gives me a good workout. I also strength train on a regular basis, along with practicing yoga. And there's always yardwork (I really enjoy working outdoors--gardening, mowing the lawn, raking leaves, or shoveling snow).
