I hear that! I'm in an area where it's hot and humid pretty much all the time. During the summer the only time I can get outside to work out many mornings is in the morning before the sun comes up. So I lay my workout clothes out next to my bed before I go to sleep, then when my alarm goes off (at 5:00, ugh! but it's seriously the only cool-ish time of the day!) I just put on the workout clothes and go for a run. I'm usually a mile into it before I even realize where I am or what I'm doing. And then I just think about how nice it will be to have gotten in my workout for the day!
Worst case scenario, if it's really too hot outside, a nice new exercise DVD does the trick. Or I'll dust off an old one that I haven't used in awhile and it often feels fresh.

It's been hot here too. I've been getting up earlier and going for my walks before the sun rises. It's been nice and cool.

Any tips and tricks on getting motivated in the heat? I'm getting bored staying inside but it's so hot out!
