Gardening is Definitely a workout! (Despite the fact they are burning calories, I still hate weeds!)

Prior to planting and maintaining my own garden, I would have laughed had anyone said it was a workout. But I've changed my mind! The squatting, standing, squatting more, pulling, watering, etc., are all quite exhausting and often leave me sore! What do you think?
