I can't really even say one particular ITEM..it would have to be my whole fitness routine. I am into a groove..gym (run or bike) abs or weights..I would say however.. my music. I really really NEED my music to get me through..
Right now, I'm in love with my stability ball. I have to be careful about what ab work I do, and it lets me do modified pregnant-girl crunches and exercises. Plus, it has never been more comfortable to sit on!
