Hmm ... avocados, asparagus, artichokes, rice, garlic, onions, sundried tomatoes, yogurt, and almond butter w/maple. Just typing all that makes me hungry!

Here's something I tried over the weekend:
oven-baked capsicum+white onion+tomato sprinkled with salt, pepper, a little chat masala or amchur powder (Indian spices that are easily found in any asian store or a large supermarket) and finally olive oil. Serve immediately and with a little coriander leaves as garnish. MMMMMMM....delicious!!

Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.

Tuna, coffee mate creamer, dove dark chocolate (this has helped me so much get through my chocolate cravings), bananas, honey nut cheerios, grilled chicken, spinach and tomato salads.
I'm sure there are more but these are the ones that pop in my head right away.

BEEF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I miss it so much because where I live now the beef is awful! It taste like cardboard. Anyone who has ever tasted a good piece of beef can not eat what they call beef around here. But good news, in 44 days I am returning home and on my way into town, even before the moving van is unloaded, I will be making two stops. The first stop will to be to pick up a new grill and the second stop will be at the local meat market to pick up a half dozen 1 1/2 inch thick T-bone steaks which we will grill as soon as the truck is unloaded. It will be hard to limit myself to 3 ounces of steak but knowing that I will be able to have good beef any day of the week will give me the fortitude I need to restrain myself. BEEF, BEEF, WONDERFUL BEEF!

Chocolate (dark), coffee (strong), all fruits except kiwi, all vegies except okra, all Japanese foods except natto and uni, all seasonings except chilis (too hot)...I'm an [almost) omnivore; I'll eat anything once.
