½ POUND LEAN TURKERY SAUSAGE
1 TEASPOON OLIVE OIL
1 SMALL ONION CHOPPED
3 GLOVES GARLIC GLOVES MINCED
2 CELERY STALKS CHOPPED
2 CARROTS CHOPPED.
2 QUARTS CHICKEN STOCK
1 CAN DICED TOMATOES
1 CUP COOKED PASTA
1 CAN KIDNEY BEANS
WHOLE WHEAT ROLL

HOW TO MAKE
BROWN THE TURKERY SAUSAGE IN OLIVE OIL, SET ASIDE. SAUTE’ THE ONION, GARLIC, CELERY, AND CARROTS FOR 3 TO 4 MINUTES. ADD THE CHICKEN STOCK AND DICED TOMATOES. BRING TO A SIMMER; ADD THE COOKED PASTA AND KIDNEY BEANS. SIMMER FOR 10 MORE MINUTES OR UNTIL VEGATABLES ARE SOFTEN. SERVE WITH THE ROLL.
