I love adding frozen fruit in my oatmeal in the mornings. It cools it down quickly so I can eat and hurry out to do farm chores. Plus, it keeps me going until lunch time!

I like eating oatmeal for breakfast because it's so versatile! I like to eat it plain, with just a little sugar and milk, or with some dried fruit mixed in, or with a dash of cinnamon and sugar. Delish!
For breakfast, I love to cook plain oatmeal then sweeten it with frozen or raw fruit. Delish! I love frozen dark cherries or berries in it. Ideally I like to add something to my b-fast so that I get one or two servings of fruits or veggies.
