Hey all! I'm thinking I might join in here for a bit. I usually don't track my strength exercises, but that's mostly all I'll be doing for a while because of a hip problem. So, I'm putting a lot more focus on strength training for the next few months.
Now that the heat wave is over, I think I can work out again...

Hi! It's been a while. I've gone through some difficult days with caring for my dying father and spending time helping my mom afterwards. Needless to say, that I've slipped some. I've put about 10 pounds back on and have kind of slacked with my exercise. I'm making it a goal to get back on track, back to journaling my food, back to exercising consistently. Monday: 50 sit ups 30 leg lifts 30 squats with dumbells 30 overhead presses 30 roll outs with wheels

Dumbbell squats 3x20 Lateral lunges with band 2x20 Hydrants 2x15
No 3x3 for me - just 2x3 but better than nothing!

Did my first "real" ST today - I've done odds and ends of push-ups and crunches during the week but not 3 sets. So this will end up as a 2x3 week for me.
