emoticonLooks like I'm the biggest loser for August! Who woulda thunk it?

Started out the month at 63 Kilo, or 138.6 pounds

Aug 6: 62.5 Kilos, down about a pound - ca 137.5 .
Aug 13: 62, down a pound, ca. 136.6
Aug 20: no change
Aug 27: 61.5, down a pound, ca. 135.3
Aug 31: No change since Saturday (and that's a good thing!)

Total loss: 3.3 pounds. I'm getting there - just 3 more to the top of my goal range and then 2 kilo (4.4 pounds) to goal.

Not really sure what's happened this month! Besides my usual workouts, I've started C25K and the 100 pushups program. Somehow, I've been gaining steadily throughout the month despite upping the workouts. Unless there is a miracle on the scale tomorrow, I'm calling August a wash and working out a new plan to get things moving the right direction again in September. :(

Golly - sorry I've been absent - no real reason. Would like to blame it on work but I've just been absent minded lately. I had been doing not bad but for some reason the last week I've ate everything bad that I had been pretty much leaving alone. Do you ever have days (weeks!) like that? BUT I've not had a french fry since June 27!

Hope everyone is doing good and I'll check in after weigh in on Monday.

This month is not going quite the way I had hoped! The scale is being particularly stubborn. I started the 100 pushups program at the beginning of the month and am starting to see some muscle definition in my arms, so I know I've gained muscle. However, my pants are not fitting any better at all. So, I'm not completely pleased with these results. Maybe the second half of the month will go better. I still have time to get under 170 by the end of the month if the scale starts moving soon!
