Well, I finally lost 1 pound in the last 4 or 5 weeks; I've lost count been on hold for so long. Well, I have to be honest part of it was what I was putting in my mouth and not putting there. Some days I was under my recommended calorie intake and some days I was over. But somehow it managed to equal out to a pound lost. I'm working on making daily motivation a new habit for the next month to six weeks to be sure it is a habit. Also working on re-motivating myself to get my exercise in, no less than 15 minutes for sure but preferably 75 minutes. This motivation every day is a new concept for me. I always thought once I talked about a high motivation it should last me forever. WRONG!!!! Today SP informed us we need to be constantly motivating ourselves. Big goal but well worth it. Hope BLUE BuGS will all motivate yourselves daily if you don't already. Let's drink that water, okay.
