March is just around the corner, how are you doing on your weight loss and goals? I'm thinking for March we do something outdoors to welcome the warmer weather that will be coming? I know some places might still be chilly, so I understand if you don't want to participate, but I was thinking we shoot for one activity outside a week. For instance, take that walk around the neighborhood or pull out that bicycle if you have one. We can post up here weekly what we did outside, I will also create a way for you track it.
