Perhaps the challenge could be to improve your score at a particular Wii exercising game? Or it could be something non-Wii related for February, like log 20 minutes per day, 5x/week? (I know this is the Wii exercise team, but I'd imagine it's OK to mix it up every now and again!)
Does anyone have ideas for a challenge they would like in February? Also I would love ideas on how we can get our team active again. Please post any ideas, or concerns and I will respond a.s.a.p. Hope all of you had a great start to the new year, mine started a bit rough, but I'm getting back on track!
