Well I got in 30 minutes in 3 times a week last week. However I have only gotten 45 minutes in this week. I have been doing alot of jogging for a prep to 10K training program. I am not sure if I will be able to fit in wii 3times a week along with jogging 3 times and then trying to fit in other stuff as well. But I am going to give it the old college try. Maybe I can get some wii time in tonight after cleaning the house.

you guys are doing great! Keep it up, sorry I haven't been doing anything...decided to start the new year with bronchitis and the flu and I'm still recovering, but I plan to jump on the wii fit here soon!
So let's start 2011 with some fun on the wii. The goal for the month will be to do any thing on the wii fit for 30 minutes 3 times per week.
