Saturday - 51 minutes walk/jog interval training
Sunday - free day
Monday - cleaned house for 4 plus hours
Tues - 51 minutes walk/jog interval training, 15 minutes muscle toning
Wednesday - 30 minutes wii step, 11 minutes Wii Island Run

15 minutes advanced step
15 minutes rhythm kung fu
10 minutes yoga

We've had company up off and on for the past week, plus lots of other things... thus my Wii Fit and I only meet daily for weigh ins. Hopefully I'll be able to get something in soon!

Monday wii fit 45 minutes, 15 minutes muscle toning
Tuesday - 47 - on treadmill, 5 minutes muscle toning
Thursday - 48 on treadmill
Friday - 30 minutes on the bike, 10 Muscle toning

Well I got in 30 minutes in 3 times a week last week. However I have only gotten 45 minutes in this week. I have been doing alot of jogging for a prep to 10K training program. I am not sure if I will be able to fit in wii 3times a week along with jogging 3 times and then trying to fit in other stuff as well. But I am going to give it the old college try. Maybe I can get some wii time in tonight after cleaning the house.

I've been using my Wii this week, but I haven't been using it for 30 minutes at a time! Hopefully I'll be able to fit in a couple of longer sessions later this week.

I would like to join, though I do not do the wii until the PM with the kids. Maybe we can do some Wii Dance 2. The kids love it and it really makes me sweat!

So let's start 2011 with some fun on the wii. The goal for the month will be to do any thing on the wii fit for 30 minutes 3 times per week. You can post here to track what you did for how long, or use the goal I am setting up and add it to your other goals. Let's have fun and see what kind of scores we can get! I will start Saturday and post my scores here to get everyone on track!
