Would it be possible to make a challenge about stopping eating when no longer hungry/full, at least one meal per day? I know we're supposed to stop when we're full always, but now that I've been on Sensa 3 weeks, I'm realizing I have a lot to learn about stopping at the right time. It's one thing Sensa is really helping me with.
Another idea might be to exercise four times per week?

I would like to challenge everyone to post a challenge they would like to see for April. It does not necessarily have to be an exercise challenge - it can be a sprinkle challenge - a water drinking challenge - a healthy food eating challenge.
