Thanks Paul. Summer is generally my "off season" for racing because it is so stinking hot and humid and I just plain don't enjoy running in that stuff. It's one thing to train in it, but I generally avoid races. I may do a spur-of-the-moment 5K now and again, but that's about it. Mainly I'm just trying (futilely!) to stay in some semblence of shape before getting into serious training mode for the Fall Racing Season.
