Good luck. I hear that is a great program for getting back into or starting running.

I'm on week 7 of a C25K. I'm enjoying the new technology this go around with GPS, music, etc. Enough toys to hopefully keep my head in the sport.

Thanks Paul. Summer is generally my "off season" for racing because it is so stinking hot and humid and I just plain don't enjoy running in that stuff. It's one thing to train in it, but I generally avoid races. I may do a spur-of-the-moment 5K now and again, but that's about it. Mainly I'm just trying (futilely!) to stay in some semblence of shape before getting into serious training mode for the Fall Racing Season.

My crystal ball has frozen over. No lucky picks this year at all.

Lynn,
Hope you have a super 4th! Any races on tap this summer?

Thanks for starting Paul. You've removed one item from my crowded "To Do" list! I will go with Billy Horschel. Are these new picks for both of us? Nice to expand our horizons. That said, it will probably be Phil or one of the "usual suspects"who wins this week! Good luck and have a Happy and safe 4th.

I'm gonna take a media favorite: Scott Stallings. Hot lately and also has a win at Greenbrier.
