I did some weed whacking this morning. Haven't done it for 4 or 5 years. I have to admit, it was hard. May have over done it a little, but I'll rest for a few days then get right back on that old horse! It feels good to have some sore muscles, I know I did something.
I think my husband likes that I'm helping with yard work again. I hope to stay in shape this winter so it's not so difficult to work in the yard next spring and summer.
It's such a beautiful day, I'm going outside to re-pot two house plants.

emoticon Spent several hours today pushing a wheel chair (Client) to 2 Appointments, transferring her in and out of the Car several times and on to the Dentist's Chair. Not sure how you would track that, but I definitely got in Cardio AND Strength Training, LOL!! Plus I have Walked over 11,000 steps so far.

I did and I'm exhausted first I jogged 5K at the park (43 minutes) then had to walk all the way back to car another 3.3 miles (65 minutes) then 15 minutes Arc Trainer and 30 minutes of Strength training at gym
