I did some weed whacking this morning. Haven't done it for 4 or 5 years. I have to admit, it was hard. May have over done it a little, but I'll rest for a few days then get right back on that old horse! It feels good to have some sore muscles, I know I did something.
I think my husband likes that I'm helping with yard work again. I hope to stay in shape this winter so it's not so difficult to work in the yard next spring and summer.
It's such a beautiful day, I'm going outside to re-pot two house plants.
