2013 is MY Year!

*What is the number one trigger that sends Me to the foody dark side?:__________
SWEETS.....cookies, cakes, pie, ice cream -- I'm never happy with just one cookie, one piece of cake, one piece of pie, one bowl of ice cream.....etc,..........etc,............etc
**What can I do to offset the road to the dark side?:___________
I try to keep all this stuff out of the house unless it is a special ocasion
***What has been my biggest derailer that sends me AWAY from my healthy program and our Spark OW Challenge? (many of us stop posting part way through and don't finish)____
Once my weight soars up, I tend to stay off the computer and away from Spark People.
****What can I do to offset or curtail that derailer once I identify it?:____
Don't buy it.......if the craving is too terrible, then go to McDonalds for ONE ice cream sundae or to Subway for ONE cookie....this way I don't have at home to pig out on.

My goal is to get back down too 245 (I have gained 40 pounds since July) and then I'll see what I can do about getting into Onederland by 2014. My goal is just to keep losing steadily. And to keep posting on Spark People on the teams I belong to.
