the best way to know when to eat is to eat little portions every 2 hours through out the day. More food in your tummy means your metabolism will always be working and you will burn more calories. Just make sure when you go work out you dont eat a heavy meal. if you do wait 30-40 mins for it to settle then you can do your work out.

you don't have to wait to eat after a meal and you should eat within an hour of working out to restore your glycogen reserves and keep your energy up

I can either eat whatever I want whenever I want, or I can be thinner, I cannot have both
Anyone know exactly how long after a workout we should wait to eat a meal? Or what a time frame is to eat within after a workout? Any help would be appreciated.
