Most importantly, eat nutritionally dense food. Hitting your BMR with crap and hitting it with good stuff will help you drop in BF%. If what you are doing isn't working, then change the % of fats, proteins, and carbs. THere is no magic number, since all of our bodies are different. Keep a journal and notice patterns. WHen you find something that works, stick with it...until it changes. Then start the process over.
Remember, once you get down to a low weight, the last few percentage points are a beast to get off. Just keep moving, and don't go over. You'll get there, PRISCILLAE!
