It is a rather long article but contains key information for those sisters wishing to get the most from their nutrition and fitness while fasting and critical for all of us is to drink, drink, drink, water.
Some key points are:
max 2 cardio sessions per week
eat moderate to small meals after iftar
best strength training after taraweeh or second best one hour after iftar
best cardio time before suhur second best 30 min after light iftar
