This weeks weekly focus for health is a challenge. I read an article recently which listed 20 foods that are good for healthy skin. So I thought, lets try this week to eat every food on the list.
Green tea-makes me ill
Berries-done-just ate some frozen ones.lol
Plums-done just ate some frozen ones,lol
Sweet Potatoes-can´t get here
Low Fat Dairy-done
Omega3 Rich Fish Dishes-done
Flax Seeds-done(used it as an egg substitute in cooking)
Lean Red Meat-done
Now, since we have members all over the world, alhamduillah, if you find that anything on the list is difficult to obtain in your area, or "out of season" and thus expensive, just consider yourself as having had it and cross it off.
