Salaam Arabdelwali,

Sorry I don't know the calorie conversion on that but if its not listed in the other activities on your SP fitness tracker then I'd google search a calorie counter online tool :)

Now here's my daily update on my fitness minutes for today:

-30 min walk on tredmill (20min/mi)
-10 min elyptical machine (am I spelling it right?) :)
-45 min body conditioning class
That brings today's grand total to 85 minutes emoticon emoticon

Kind of helps me make up a little for yesterday. :)

Sallamz inshallah I will start this goal on Monday. But I have a question I work a job and am on my feet at least 4 hours straight moving around does anyone know how much calories this burns I am 147-149 pounds (my scale is annoying me lol)

OK sounds good! I've got a personal goal to do 2008 fitness minutes this month. emoticon

That's 64 minutes a day for the month of January. emoticon

Let get up and get moving Muslimahs! Use this blog to keep track of your daily/weekly fitness minutes. Our goal would be to each do at least 500 minutes of fitness a month which averages around 125 minutes a week. Sound reasonable? Sounds like fun?!?! :) I'm in how about you?
