Our Goal is simple: Lose 10 POUNDS in 9 Weeks!
How do we accomplish this:
1. Track your Food ~ Everyday 2. Drink 8-10 Glasses of Water A Day 3. Exercise 20-30 minutes a day 4. Weigh yourself once a week. 5. Take measurements today, and at the end of the challenge (sometimes you lose inches instead of pounds, but when the inches decrease the pounds will soon fall as well, so please measure neck, waist, forearms, calves, ankles, thighs, and hips).
