Well even though it's starting to seem like no-one else is interested in doing the challenge, I still did it! minus a couple of the tasks that I swapped for others.

Pushups (on toes) = 10
Crunches (legs up holding 2kg medicine ball) = 100
Sitting against the wall = 40 sec
Standard plank (on elbows) = 1 min
Side plank (on elbow) = 40 sec

Instead of the other tasks, I chose to see what my max weight was on the machines for leg press etc and wrote those down for future reference, so I still worked hard!
