Hopefully we all can find one day a month to push our limits! Here is the fitness test I am proposing...
#number of crunches in 1 min - also record what level/form you are at (basic, legs raised, etc.)
#number of pushups in 1 min - also record level/form (on knees or toes?)
#max time able to hold a standard plank
#max time able to hold chinup hang (if you have access to a bar or something similar to hold onto)
#max time able to sit against wall (thighs level to ground - no slacking!)
#four-square drill (make a cross with 2 cords or anything you can find, and count how many times you can jump from one square to the next in 1 min
#100 yard/metre sprint - beat your last time
the plan is to beat you results from the last month - without compromising your form of course! Injuries are not allowed...
Pose your results guys! You have earned bragging rights if you finish the test, regardless if you have beaten your last result or not
