Hello VEEBEE8! I just read that there is a new Clean Eating book that is all vegetarian/vegan recipes. This may be a good choice as it should have some high protein options and a meal planning tool. As for new exercise schedules -- I am sure there must be some here on the Spark resources, but you can also check out Bodybuilding.com -- they have many exercise plans for differernt goals - they also have meal planning tools. And they are free!
Hi guys, I'm trying to shake up my routine and meal plan, any ideas/sites people know of? My goals at the moment are basically slim down and show off the tone I've managed to build up so far - then maybe I'll build a bit more later...
Technically I eat a pescatarian diet (once in a blue moon, I stray for some prawns or shellfish), I tend to avoid dairy apart from my whey protein powder (and I'm thinking about choosing a plant-based powder next time)
I do eat eggs but I'm not a huge tofu/soy fan.
I'm looking for something simple with the best bang-for buck exercises as I don't have much free time with full-time work and finishing off my degree!
