Here is your February challenge should you choose to accept it:

Post your total poundage lifted in your daily workout. Here's an example...

Leg Press 50 lbs/10 reps 4 sets
Leg Curls 40 lbs/10 reps 4 sets
Calf Raises 20 lbs/10 reps 4 sets

50x10x4=2000 lbs
40x10x4=1600 lbs
20x10x4=800 lbs

You lifted 4400 lbs!! Just stop by the forum and post your number for the day...and then tell yourself you are AWESOME!! emoticon emoticon
