Leg Press 50 lbs/10 reps 4 sets
Leg Curls 40 lbs/10 reps 4 sets
Calf Raises 20 lbs/10 reps 4 sets
You lifted 4400 lbs!! Just stop by the forum and post your number for the day...and then tell yourself you are AWESOME!!
