Terriber, sorry, no experience with that.

As for the weigh in, I don't have a scale either, but that of the YMCA says 139 and going up fast. and, no, it's not mainly muscle that I'm gaining... emoticon

I have a challenge. I have had to take steroids as part of the chemo ritual. Although my weight has not escalated more than 5-6 pounds, the transfer of muscle to fat has definitely occurred. I am doing what I can to keep my heart rate up and to get some weight lifting in but it's nowhere near what my trainer was doing to me before the chemo treatments. My question is, has anyone dealt with getting steroids out of your system and jumpstarting your body to get back into shape? Or can anyone share your experience with this situation? I am loving being vegan.
