It is so hard for me to motivate myself to exercise but I have found that if I do it in 10 minute increments it makes it so much easier! The end is in sight so to speak. Today I did the exercise bike, treadmill and elliptical and hopefully will get in some more!
With God all things are possible. I will do my best daily to live Gods truth in thought, word, action and deed.

i kinda fell off the wagon and when i was climbing back on i found out i was pregnant, ha. even just daily housework is a challenge for me at this point.

Cant do C25K anymore....body has been telling me to stop for a while now, and I am finally listening to it. I just am not made to run outside I guess. I have no problem running on a treadmill (though I dont have access to one) but outside I just cant do. Knees and ankles have been killing me, pain not ache. So bummed!

4/28 - 15 min heavy cleaning LOL. That's all I did today. I got home and was exhausted. It got up to 20 degrees Celsius outside and I was out doing a lot of cleaning in my car all day and I was sweating like crazy LOL. So I counted it as only about 1/4 of the minutes worth of heavy cleaning. I probably could have counted it as half but meh.

Just wanted to post...havent been doing any exercise and I am going nuts!!! I did 30 mins like 2 days after I had Gavin and it set me back in more pain then I was...so I HAVE to wait at least 6 weeks. Sigh
